When does the program start?  

Your ‘start date’ is the same day you purchase your program. After checkout you can immediately download the App and use the same email to activate your account.

When will I receive access to the app?   

Right away! After checkout you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access the app. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder too! You can also download the FitFluencer App from the App Stores and use the same email you used at checkout to login - it's that easy!

How long will I have access to the app for?

6 months from your date of purchase. In this time you can repeat the program as many times as you would like, there is no limit!

Does my purchase include nutrition help?

When you setup the app, you will answer questions about yourself and your goals. This will generate your macros and provide a tracker for you to use, taking the guesswork out of any calculations. Then you'll have access to over 1k recipes from a registered dietician for you to use, with new recipes coming out monthly!
